CONFESSION: read Psalm 67, 56 and Psalm 30 aloud in resounding faith (and say):
Show me your mercy O God. Cause the fire of your mercy to arise on my behalf and deliver me. By mercy, my soul was saved.
Shall not the same mercy avail for me having received your only begotten son as my personal Lord and Saviour?
O God, the accuser is ever unquiet; but remember O God that by your mercy for me the blood of your Son Jesus Christ was shed. If mercy released the Blessed Son of God from distant heaven to lowly and gory earth, it is a powerful mercy of God able to silence every accusation against all men who believe in Christ. Have mercy on me O God. Have mercy on me O God. Too many are the concerns and troubles of my heart and life. Have mercy on me O God.
Eternal God and King, the only reason for satan’s oppression and delay against me and my breakthrough is but one: to make me to lose heart over you and become his own. But have mercy on me speedily that I may become a wonder onto many and a shock and a defeat to satan. Show me your uncommon mercy. Visit me with your mercy. O Mercy of God, locate me in my lowly state. I stretch out my hands by faith to you O God of mercy. Have mercy on me ; withdraw not your hands  of help from me. Show me your uncommon mercy so that I do not become the laughing scorn and ridicule of friends and foes.
Mighty God, where everything else have failed, mercy has remained the last man standing. Therefore, O Mercy of God, speak for me tonight. O God, show me your mercy in this new moon. Visit me with the divine visitation of mercy in the moon of mercy. I shall praise you forever. Praise be to you merciful God, Amen.
Read Psalms 95 and 98 and resume the heart-filled art of worship.
HYMN: Loving Saviour Hear My Cry
PRAY NOW:
  • Lord, show me your unusual mercy on the following issues of my life tonight.
  • O God, reveal your hand of mercy in the following situations of my life tonight.
  • O hand of mercy, pull me out from every trouble water.
  • O water of mercy, be reopened over my life, family and ministry/career.
  • The hand that shutdown the running tap of mercy from gushing over my destiny, wither now and be buried forever.
  • Where is the Lord God of Elijah, respond to my innermost cries tonight by the fire of mercy.
  • Until you heard by mercy the groaning of the children of Israel in Egypt, they remained in bondage. Tonight O God, hear my cry by mercy and reopen a new chapter for my life.
  • O thou power of mercy, heal my foundation and the foundations of my spouse, children, work-partners, pastor and generation tonight.
  • Heaven of mercy, be opened over me and let every dark cloud disappear.Present your personal petitions now on the ground of mercy.
  • Continue to cry for mercy until sleep takes over.
I decree upon your life that the mercy of God shall find you and your family, the work of your hands and career/ministry in this new month, in the name of the Lord Jesus, AMEN.

THE MOON OF DIVINE VISITATION

THE MESSAGE NOW

Vol. 3, No. 8 – Monday, 19th February, 2018

(Matt.25:1-13, Psalm 106:4-5)

THE MOON OF DIVINE VISITATION

Sound spiritual argument will no doubt hold the strong view that two of the greatest facilitators of divine visitation are undying act of continuous seeking and unrelenting expectation.
It is further a potent spiritual argument subsumed with incontestable fact that to every divine visitation there is a defined moon. Moon in this connection is a reference to divinely-ordained time of life when God must assuredly come calling in fulfilment of His appearing and promises.
It is equally a well-known fact that more often than not, man becomes faint-hearted before their appointed moon of divine visitation. At other times, man does not just become faint-hearted, he seeks for alternatives by way of being an friend of God’s enemy or man is actually unprepared at the dawn of his/her ordained moon.
There comes in remembrance the true account of that fellow who was visited nine times by an angel. On the ninth time of the angel’s visit, the angel told this fellow in very plain understanding. ‘these nine times I have visited you on account of this blessing but you have remained unprepared and unworthy. This is the last time of my coming’.
Someone might object at this juncture to this account of the angelic visitation on the ground that God’s mercy is ever unlimited. Understand dearly beloved that the frontiers of God’s mercy are beyond human comprehension and far beyond the natural eyes of man. Which of course means that  God’s mercy is limitless. However, the limitlessness of God’s mercy is applicable only in the general sense not in the specific. Are you questioning what this could mean?

WHAT WOULD YOU BE REMEMBERED FOR: A BUILDER OR A DESTROYER?

The Message Now

Vol. 3, No. 8 – Monday, 19th February, 2018

(1 Tim.4:12, 2 Tim.4:6-8)

Welcome to this edition of The Message Now. Beloved, please pray the following prophetic prayers:

(1) In this year 2018, O God, make my life, family and ministry your show-room.
(2) O hand of God, pull me out of every wilderness of obscurity into undeniable limelight this year.
(3) O divine Spirit, anointing and fragrance that attracts money and wealth, locate me and rub on me.
(4) That which will make me a complete being that has been taken from me, return to me by divine force.
(5) O hands troubling the waters of mercy in my life and my journey, wither and be renewed no more.

WHAT WOULD YOU BE REMEMBERED FOR: A BUILDER OR A DESTROYER?

Those two moments are till this day most memorable moments in human history for all shades of reasons: positive and negative. First was the birth of the nuclear chemical formulation known as E=MC Squared.

It was memorable at inception for its immense positive side to human development in terms of electricity generation. Understandably, nuclear energy originated from the splitting of uranium atoms-a process called fission. This generates heat to produce steam, which is used by a turbine generator to generate electricity.

Second was towards the closing moments of 1939. In October 1939, just after the outbreak of world war II in Europe, the President of the United States, Franklin Delano Roosevelt received a letter from physicist Albert Einstein and his Hungarian colleague Leo Szilard. Their letter called to his attention the prospect that a bomb of unprecedented power could be made by tapping the forces of nuclear fission. Finally, on July 16 1945, the first atomic bomb was tested in the midst of Alamogordo Desert in New Mexico. Its power astonished even the men and women who had constructed it.

WHO IS GOD TO YOU DURING THE MOMENTS OF EXPECTATION PRIOR TO MANIFESTATION?

THE MESSAGE NOW

Vol. 3, No. 7 – Monday, 12th February, 2018

(Numbers 23:19-23, Genesis 21:1)

WHO IS GOD TO YOU DURING THE MOMENTS OF EXPECTATION PRIOR TO MANIFESTATION?

Whether advertently or inadvertently, many of us have made attempts at imagining or defining who the great Maker of heaven and earth is. A hinduist and founder of modern nation of India, Mahatma Gandhi once educated on this topic of attempting to define or ascertain who God is.
Gandhi noted: ‘no one has the ability to predict God. We are drops in that limitless ocean of His mercy’. What a sound comparison between the insignificant size of man and the limitless mercy of the One whose greatness is beyond measure.
Haven’t our academic brain ever questioned at any time: how did God come to be? Who created God? What does God look like? The list of questions of this kind is often endless.
The sound fact remains that who God is especially during one’s moments of expectation, tribulation or whilst in the waiting-room of life depends on what one has made of God prior to any of these three moments. Why?
The truth is: that for which one has had a perfect knowledge of in the light cannot assume an entirely different complexion in the dark. It is what one makes of God prior to adversity that will answer the questions posed by that adversity when its ugly moments do appear.

RELAXING AFTER VICTORY IS THE SUREST ROUTE TO MONUMENTAL DISASTER

THE MESSAGE NOW

(2 Sam.2:12-23, 2 Sam.3:6-39)

RELAXING AFTER VICTORY IS THE SUREST ROUTE TO MONUMENTAL DISASTER

Has Matthew chapter 13:25 ever raised a spiritual alarm in you at any time? It reads: But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way’. Do you understand this Scripture other than from the prevalent perspective? The thematic message often derived by so many Christians about this passage of the Scripture is the message pointing towards the direction of the enemy’s wickedness. More often than not, the thought of implicit examination of the sower, who himself went to sleep when the next duty after sowing was supposed to be the duty of watching over the things sown, never comes to our spiritual consciousness.

Therefore, understand this spiritual mystery dearly beloved that: moments after victory is gained are the most dangerous moments because you never know what the plan of the enemy is by way of retaliation.
