THE MESSAGE NOW

(Is.43:10-21, Rev.21:1-6)
THE ERA OF A NEW ERA Part 2
Is this ever the way to begin a new year? Church, pray very hard for me. About 3 or 4 weeks ago, one of our pastors whilst taking The Message Now gave a word of knowledge to the effect that ‘there are some people trying to pull me down’.
That word of knowledge is beginning to steer me in the open face. Since sometime in 2017, a ‘Jezebelian Daughter of Belial’ has been making frantic attempts at breaking into my e-mail. Just during the first week of 2018 (that is last week), she has made several attempts on Wednesday and Thursday alone.
A computer expert with the support of google has been able to give me the identity of the location of usage, the device used and further identification of the same device. Just this morning, I received express revelation from the Lord that the same lady is sitting at the background with decoy, plotting to fabricate unfounded stories against me.
Church, by the mercies of the Lord, I plead with you to pray very hard for me. Some descendants of the evil one are of the strong desire to crash the dreams and visions of Express Image Glory Ministries and this pastor of yours by means of witchcraft operations and blackmail.
It is time to labour in prayer for your pastor. Is this not part of the prophecies for 2018 being fulfilled before our very eyes already? But beware O Jezebelian Daughter of Belial and understand the mystery of the word of the Lord in John chapter 13:27.
Therefore, you are carrying out this evil against me and against the church of the Lord because like Judas ended badly, your end is so near and it will be very quickly and suddenly too.
Once again, blessed church of the Lord, I say: a glorious happy new year to everyone in Jesus name. I decree into the lives of everyone that this year 2018, the promise of the Lord in Deuteronomy 1:11 shall be fulfilled in every life and every family, in the name of the Lord Jesus.
As an extension of the previous week, a new era differs exponentially from the old in a plethora of ways. The reality however is, whilst as Christians we depend on God to transform our lives, the Lord God will not in most cases perform our desired miracles without the personal exercise of our discretion.
As we read from the previous edition, such discretion may be by way of strict followership of divinely-guided rules through avowed determination and prayers. Frankly speaking, the rules enunciated in our previous edition and continuing today are not for mere academic exercise.
They are largely spiritual dictates given in order to harness and harvest the Spirit’s divinely-ordained blessings. It is onto these rules that today’s message will therefore now turn.
Rule 9: Kill the flesh and awaken your spirit-man into the dawn of a new era. 2018 is a year so laden with countless groundbreaking testimonies. But in order to harvest these testimonies, the flesh must die.
One good way of keeping the flesh down and uplifting the spirit-man is by fasting. Endeavour this year to fast at least once in a week. By doing, even your spiritual brand shall be indeed very brand.
Rule 10: Avoid self-pity, sin and stick to the Bible like never before. The situations of life will come calling in 2018 to test your spiritual backbone and spiritual cardio-vascular endurance level.
The response to these situations when they come is not depression, discouragement, self-pity or even choosing to go the ugly way of sin. Rather, soaking one’s spirit-man deeply in the word of God before and during the arrival of these situations will do incomparable good.
A common maxim of an African culture states: ‘it is what a man consumes that will provide for him the potential and sustaining energy (that is, kinetic energy) to fly’. Tempered to the context, what this maxim implies is that the extent of the word of God in our being determines our spiritual strength.
This therefore means that if you fail this year before these situations when they come calling, ‘it is because your strength is small’. What makes your strength small is the littleness of the word of God that you have consumed.
Dearly beloved, take time to study the Bible this year.Greatness awaits you. Shun every appearance of sin and waste not your energy in too much talking but in much praying;trusting in God’s mercy.
Rule 11: Feed God and God’s works this year like no other year. Commitment to giving God quality praise this year and to bless Him with seed-sowing will usher you into the arena of blessings you have long awaited.
Understand a mystery about seed-sowing and the offering of quality praises to God. Any seed sown to God as well as any praiseworthy glory given to God go into the spirit realm and therein they become spiritual entities.
As spiritual deposits in the bank of the spirit realm, they remain inactive until the ‘offerer’ is in need. As soon as the need arises and the ‘offerer’ begins to petition the Almighty, the mercy of heaven sends signals across to these spiritual entities.
They therefore begin to utter their sonorous voices of sweet-smelling savour in the ears and understanding of the Eternal One. The result is that the Almighty is reminded by these sweet-smelling savour about the ‘offerer’ (Isaiah 38:3, 17-20).
Having been reminded, the Almighty in turn remembers the ‘offerer’ and pours down His unlimited blessings (Gen.8:20-22, Gen.9:1-17).
In sum, understand a further mystery about seed-sowing and the giving of praises that for the sake of Noah’s offering, the curse issued against the fruitfulness of the ground as a result of Adam’s sin was eternally cancelled and replaced with a covenanted blessing (compare Gen.8:20-22 with Gen.3:17-19).
Hear this O beloved of the Lord, a deeper mystery about seed-sowing and the giving of praises is that: the complaining and the excuse made by Adam shut the door of mercy against him and against God from being able to assist him that is, Adam.
But praises, heart of gratitude and seed-sowing (which is equally praise-giving by Noah) opened the door of mercy from God back to humanity. You would agree with me that were it not that the door of mercy opened, the Son of God would not have had the opportunity to leave His glory in heaven and come down to save helpless humanity.
Understand that the Son of God, having been nailed on that agonising cross of Calvary, shed His priceless blood for humanity. Understand further that as soon as the blood of the Son of God touched down on the ground, the entire ground and earth were instantly healed.
Further, since humanity itself is a creation of the dust of the ground (Gen.2:7), the instant moment the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ was received by the dust of the ground, the whole of humanity was equally and instantly delivered from every curse. Why?
Because the Patriarch called Noah opened the mercy door by seed-sowing and praise-giving, which of course eventually led to the coming of Christ and the resulting shedding of His most holy blood.
Understand still that the Lord Jesus Christ is the mercy of God onto humanity. For instance, until He, Christ arrived on the earth, the only door opened to the earth and to all humanity was the door of judgement.
Understand still, dearly beloved that divinity has but two doors: that of mercy (the true door which is the Lord Jesus (John.10:7-9)). There also is the second door (that of judgement and destruction partly satan (Isaiah 54:16, see also Malachi 2:2)).
It sparks off therefore no iota of surprise to assert that praise-giving and seed-sowing automatically triggers mercy so long as such praise and seed-sowing flows from a regenerated and treated heart of righteousness.
Conversely, the refusal to offer praise draws wrath and curses from God (Compare Malachi 2:2 with Psalm 50:22-23). What Adam’s excuse could not erase from himself and by consequence from all humanity, Noah’s seed-sown nullified and erased it forever. I ask you, this year what would you do that would move the hand of God to perform the impossible and the incredible?
Remember that the Patriarch, Abraham earned the eternal blessing ‘the friend of God and the father of all nations through whom all families of the earth shall be blessed’, as a result of submission to the will of God and the instant offering of obedient praise to the Most High (Gen.22:15-18).
IN THE END, WHAT WILL YOUR LIFE REFLECT AT THE END OF 2018? WILL IT BE A REFLECTION OF MAKE OR MAR? IN ORDER TO ACCOMPLISH THE FORMER (THAT IS MAKE), GO THE WAY OF PRAISE-GIVING AND SEED-SOWING.
